Alessio is a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for H.I.G. Realty in Europe.

He has over 25 years of European real estate experience. Prior to H.I.G., he was a Managing Director and Investment Committee member at EQT Exeter.

Prior to EQT, Alessio spent 16 years at AXA Real Assets where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He previously held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and for the real estate development company AIG/Lincoln.

Alessio holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University La Sapienza, Rome.
