Dolores is a Director in the European Real Estate Team and is based in the London office. She focuses on Asset Management across different geographies (Spain, Portugal, Germany, UK).

Dolores has 13 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining HIG, Dolores worked for Marathon Asset Management, focusing on asset management and daily operations for value-added investments in Spain and Italy. Before that, she was with GE Capital RE in Paris and London, covering different areas, such as valuations, debt restructuring, and asset management for their European portfolio.

Dolores graduated in Business Management from ICADE (Madrid, Spain) with an exchange at Università Luiss Guido Carli (Rome, Italy).
