Pablo is a Director at H.I.G. Realty based in the Madrid office, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions throughout Spain.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Pablo worked at PineBridge Benson Elliot in London and Madrid, where he was responsible for real estate acquisitions, asset management and disposals across Western Europe. Earlier in his career, Pablo worked at Hipoges Iberia in Madrid and in Mergers & Acquisitions at Alantra in Madrid.

Pablo earned his M.B.A. degree from Columbia Business School, New York, and a dual B.Sc. in International Business from I.C.A.D.E. (Madrid) and Northeastern University (Boston).
